What data we collect

• Contact details: name, phone, email, Telegram username and chat number.
• Form answers: your niche, what you sell, and the business numbers and goals you share.
• Answers on your personal page and your gift results.
• Activity on the site: pages, clicks, ad tags, country, and time zone.
• Your notification subscription, if you turn it on.
• Call bookings and payment records. We don't see your card details: the payment service handles them.

Why we need it

• To prepare your personal page and project review.
• To contact you, hold a call, and run your project.
• To send emails and Telegram messages if you agreed. You can opt out at any time.
• To see which ads and pages work.

Legal bases

Your consent in the form, steps needed to deliver what we agreed, and our legitimate interest in improving the service. You can withdraw consent by emailing us.

Telegram conversations

If you write to our work account on Telegram, we save the text and the date of your messages in our lead management system. We need this to answer your questions and run your project.

Contact details you send us in the chat (website, Instagram, email, phone) may be added to your request.

We don't save files, images, or audio. We only save a note that they were sent. We convert voice messages to text on our own server and keep that text. We don't share the conversation with third parties, except the AI service listed below when we prepare a summary. To have it deleted, write to us.

Who we share data with

• Hostinger: the server that runs the site, database, and email.
• Anthropic: the AI service that prepares reviews from your answers and chat summaries.
• Meta: the pixel and site activity events for ads, including an encrypted contact from your request.
• Plausible: visit statistics.
• Cloudflare: spam protection for forms.
• Telegram: the bot, Mini App, and conversations.
• Stripe: payments.

International transfers

These services may process data outside your country, including outside the EU. They do so under the safeguards each service provides.

How long we keep data

For as long as we need it to work with you and keep records. There is no automatic deletion period right now. We delete data when you ask, except what the law requires us to keep.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold, correct or delete it, object to processing, withdraw consent, and opt out of emails. Write to info@larrysmarketing.com. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. You can also complain to your data protection authority.

Your California privacy rights

California residents can ask to know, correct, or delete their data, and can opt out of sharing for advertising. We don't sell personal data for money. Write to the same email.
